Solo Cleaner position: 1 Full time position available
Requirements: Professional appearance, Personable with customers & co-workers, Basic math & writing skills, Hard working, Reliable, Excellent cleaner (of course) and Own vehicle (ATC Cleaning will pay a mileage allowance of 12 cents per kilometer).
Duties include: Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, washing floors, vacuuming and dusting in the private homes of ATC Cleanings' customers.
General info: The position starts with a one week evaluation (probation) period Where you will work with a member of our team. After this if you are up to ATC Cleanings' standards you will be welcomed into the ATC Cleaning family. Our cleaners are entrusted with the important task of keeping customers happy with the service we provide to them and are given responsibility to work without close supervision. Cleaners receive a schedule for the next week on Friday by email and will meet with management only once per week to submit receipts and refresh supplies. Pay Stucture: Cleaners start at $11/hr. After three months a raise to $12/hr. may be granted based on performance.
