Solo Cleaner position: 1 Full time position available
Requirements: Professional appearance, Personable with customers, Own vehicle (ATC Cleaning will pay a mileage allowance of 12 cents per kilometer).
Duties include: Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, washing floors, vacuuming and dusting in the private homes of ATC Cleanings' customers.
General info: The position starts with a one week evaluation (probation) period. After this if you are up to ATC Cleanings' standards you will be welcomed into the ATC Cleaning family. Our cleaners are entrusted with the important task of keeping customers happy with the service we provide to them and are given responsibility to work without close supervision. Cleaners receive a schedule for the entire week on Sunday by email and will meet with management only every second week to submit receipts and refresh supplies. Being a customer referral rep is easy. You just need to register and give out coupons for 15% off a customers first cleaning. We are a high quality service so once we get a customer we keep them and that's good for our reps because they get repeating commissions everytime we clean at one of their referral's for eight weeks. You are identified by your rep id which you write on the front of the coupons you give out. Coupons can be printed from the link below or make your own and put your user id on it so that you don't have to write it on each one! The coupon must have the exact same information on it as the one on our website so be sure to check twice.

Commission is 10% of what the customer is charged not including taxes. Commissions continue for 8 weeks from the customers start date. Good reps can earn more each week as commission income will be increasing for the first 8 weeks. See example below.

Example:
You refer 3 customers each week.
Each customer is weekly.
Each customer has a price of $100.00

Summary:
If you have an average referral rate of three customers per week your total commissions after eight weeks could be $240.00 per week (using example above). After this point continue getting three customers per week to maintain your income level.

Anyone can be a customer referral rep. All that is required is to register with us by email and be sure to be active within an eight week period or you will have to contact us to re-activate your status.
